The search button is placed in full view and invites the user to get started with their home search.
 The current listing count is automatically updated daily from the MLS. This lets the visitor know up front that they are accessing the entire MLS and that it is up to date.
 Any search is only as good as the criteria available. Here the user can choose from a multitude of options. There is even a zone map available that automatically sets the zone criteria from a click on the map. Last searches can be recalled instantly - great for tweaking your search criteria without having to start from scratch.
 All search results are automatically pre-sorted to show the realtor's listings first. No listings are excluded but as long as there is at least one listing that belongs to the site owner, then that listing will be first.
 Logged in users will receive e-mail notification of new properties that match their saved searches. This means they have a regular incentive to return to the web site!

 Any listing or search can be saved for later retrieval. Saved searches automatically email the user when a new listing is added that matches their search criteria! Users can also select specific listings from any set of results or group of saved listings and build comparison charts.
