  • Graduate, Professional information/advice
  • Resume review and critique

Alumni Login Options

The alumni screens give alumni three options:
  1. Add themselves to the database using an access code set by the Database Administrator
  2. Login and access their existing record in order to make modifications which includes hiding their information from public view.
  3. Password retrieval to have a forgotten password emailed to the address on file in the database.

Once in the database, alumni can login and access their record at any time to make updates and corrections or delete themselves from the system.

This includes the ability to hide their record from public view. This is to allow alumni to prevent themselves from being contacted too often or during inconvenient times.

Database Administration

The Database Administrator has the ability to do the following:
  • Add, edit and delete alumni records.
  • Search records for editing or deletion.
  • View all records in a printable format.
  • Retrieve email addresses list for all alumni.
  • Define automatic email templates sent to new or deleted alumni.
  • Create and send bulk email to all alumni.
  • Export data in XML format for importing into any other application.
