Virginia Community Development Corporation (VCDC) is Virginia's oldest and largest manager of tax credit equity funds. For more than 25 years VCDC has been bringing together developers, investors, and communities to build affordable rental housing and revitalize historic properties.

VCDC manages multi-investor and proprietary equity investment funds that provide development capital mainly through the use of Low-Income Housing Tax Credits (LIHTC), Historic Tax Credits, and New Markets Tax Credits.
